He is a deeply committed to the highest level of customer service to all stakeholders in the settlement transaction and has built his professional team around this foundation. Mike has lived his entire life in the Washington Region and is passionate in serving consumers, real estate professionals, and the general community. ￼ Mike is a recognized philanthropist in the Washington Region, volunteering his time, and often taking leadership roles, in many non-profit organizations and efforts that serve youth- particularly underprivileged youth. Mike is a graduate of Georgetown Prep, Dickinson College, and has a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University School of Law.
Kevin Bayly, Esquire

Kevin joins the Community team with experience as a settlement attorney for a leading title company in the District of Columbia where he handled both residential and commercial settlements in a high volume, fast-paced, and dynamic professional environment. Kevin has spent significant time developing personal relationships within the real estate business community and is known for his creative problem-solving skills and his ability to provide customers and clients with practical solutions tailored to their individual needs.
Kevin is also an active member of the DC arts community and an accomplished audio engineer. He has recorded major label artists such as One Direction and composed music for film and television including MTV and E!. Kevin is a graduate of Gonzaga College High School, the University of Maryland at College Park, and the Catholic University Columbus School of Law. Kevin is a member of the Maryland Bar and a licensed title producer in Maryland, DC, and Virginia.
Jordan Rosen, Esq.
Manager Commercial Division
Jordan Rosen underwrites a variety of commercial real estate transactions involving private, public and governmental financing. Such transactions include FHA/HUD insured projects, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit projects, various other multi-family/affordable housing projects, large-scale residential subdivisions, shopping centers, office buildings, and raw undeveloped land. Jordan represents a diverse set of clients, including commercial and residential developers, local and large-scale national builders, and local and national lenders.
Manager Builder Division
Brian Resnick has worked in the title insurance business since 2001. Brian’s division serves national and local builders throughout Maryland. Brian emphasizes a hands-on approach, serving as lead contact for his builder clients, overseeing all aspects of the Closing Process, including title review, title issue resolution, CD/CCS preparation, Settlements, and disbursements. Prior to joining CTG, Brian managed the day-to-day operations of the Builder/Commercial Division for one of the largest title companies in the Mid-Atlantic region located in Columbia, Maryland. Brian has a degree from The University of Maryland at College Park and has a background in buying and rehabilitating homes in Baltimore City. He previously served as the Vice President of the Board for the JCC of Central Maryland.
Stuart Resnick, Esq.
Mr. Resnick has handled commercial real estate transactions for some of the region’s most prominent builders and developers for more than 30 years. Prior to joining Continental Title Group, Stuart managed RGS Title, LLC’s Builder/Commercial Division and served as that company’s Central Maryland Regional Director. Stuart has also been recognized as an expert in Real Estate matters by the Circuit Court of Baltimore County, Maryland, the Circuit Court of Howard County, Maryland, and in the United States Bankruptcy Court.
James Schroeder has been providing services to clients in real estate since 1990; first serving clients in
construction services, then in mortgage lending, and over the last decade providing settlement services
as a licensed Title Producer in MD, DC, VA and PA. James has built his solid reputation for superior
services as a title agent on a passion for customer service- elevating the settlement transaction to a
settlement experience.James is a proud member of the Maryland Land Title Association, American Land Title Association, Howard County Board of Realtors, Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, and Harford County Board of Realtors. James earned his Bachelors degree from Salisbury State University in 1989. He is a Maryland notary and currently holds title insurance licenses in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. James has been an active volunteer in the community, especially in youth sports. He has held multiple coaching positions throughout The State of Maryland, both at the youth and high school levels. He has also held board positions for organizations such as Maryland Special Olympics and Ellicott City Patriots. James, originally a native of Rockville, Maryland, currently resides in Baltimore County, where he has lived for the past 15 years.
Paula Pizza is a licensed settlement officer in the Greater Baltimore region with more than 15 years of experience in the real estate and title industry. Based on her relentless passion for customer service, Paula has distinguished herself as one of the area’s most pre-eminent title professionals. Her title career includes being a leading producer and Assistant Manager at a large regional title company, as well as developing business and growth strategies for small startup companies. Paula has closed thousands of transactions and developed many close relationships with brokers, realtors and lenders.
Paula still enjoys conducting settlements and has a special knack for making sure that first time homebuyers leave settlement feeling fully informed and satisfied with their first closing experience.
Outside of work Paula, loves to travel with friends. Paula grew up and still lives in Baltimore’s Little Italy. Paula has an adult son.
