Mike has lived his entire life in the Washington Region and is passionate in serving consumers, real estate professionals, and the general community. ￼ Mike is a recognized philanthropist in the Washington Region, volunteering his time, and often taking leadership roles, in many non-profit organizations and efforts that serve youth- particularly underprivileged youth. Mike is a graduate of Georgetown Prep, Dickinson College, and has a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University School of Law.
Patrick F. Greaney, Esquire
Pat, a legal veteran of over 38 years, has focused his career on representing commercial and residential owners, investors, lenders, and brokers in a wide range of transactions, many of them complex in nature. Pat’s practice focuses on representation of commercial banks and other lenders, negotiating and documenting new loans, modification and restructuring of existing loans, workouts and foreclosures; representation of builders, developers and real estate investors, including contract negotiations, title examinations, organization of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, structuring and closing of complex commercial transactions; administrative appeals and hearings; representation of various property owners with respect to appeal of property tax assessments on shopping centers, apartment complexes, residential subdivisions, cooperative residential projects and other residential and commercial property; general commercial representation of small businesses and individuals; residential and commercial closings, including purchases and refinances. Pat graduated with honors from the University of Maryland Law School and is a member of the Maryland Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.
Jordan Rosen, Esquire

Jordan Rosen underwrites a variety of commercial real estate transactions involving private, public and governmental financing. Such transactions include FHA/HUD insured projects, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit projects, various other multi-family/affordable housing projects, large-scale residential subdivisions, shopping centers, office buildings, and raw undeveloped land. Jordan represents a diverse set of clients, including commercial and residential developers, local and large-scale national builders, and local and national lenders.
Kevin Bayly, Esquire

Kevin joins the Community team with experience as a settlement attorney in the District of Columbia handling both residential and commercial settlements in a high volume, fast-paced, and dynamic professional environment. Kevin has spent significant time developing personal relationships within the real estate business community and is known for his creative problem-solving skills and his ability to provide customers and clients with practical solutions tailored to their individual needs.
Kevin is also an active member of the D.C. arts community and an accomplished audio engineer. He has recorded major label artists such as One Direction and composed music for film and television including MTV and E!. Kevin is a graduate of Gonzaga College High School, the University of Maryland at College Park, and the Catholic University Columbus School of Law. Kevin is a member of the District of Columbia and the Maryland Bar and a licensed title producer in Maryland, D.C., and Virginia.
Manager Builder Division
Brian Resnick has worked in the title insurance business since 2001. Brian’s division serves national and local builders throughout Maryland. Brian emphasizes a hands-on approach, serving as lead contact for his builder clients, overseeing all aspects of the Closing Process, including title review, title issue resolution, CD/CCS preparation, Settlements, and disbursements. Prior to joining CTG, Brian managed the day-to-day operations of the Builder/Commercial Division for one of the largest title companies in the Mid-Atlantic region located in Columbia, Maryland. Brian has a degree from The University of Maryland at College Park and has a background in buying and rehabilitating homes in Baltimore City. He previously served as the Vice President of the Board for the JCC of Central Maryland.
James Schroeder has been providing services to clients in real estate since 1990; first serving clients in
construction services, then in mortgage lending, and over the last decade providing settlement services
as a licensed Title Producer in MD, DC, VA and PA. James has built his solid reputation for superior
services as a title agent on a passion for customer service- elevating the settlement transaction to a
settlement experience.James is a proud member of the Maryland Land Title Association, American Land Title Association, Howard County Board of Realtors, Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, and Harford County Board of Realtors. James earned his Bachelors degree from Salisbury State University in 1989. He is a Maryland notary and currently holds title insurance licenses in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. James has been an active volunteer in the community, especially in youth sports. He has held multiple coaching positions throughout The State of Maryland, both at the youth and high school levels. He has also held board positions for organizations such as Maryland Special Olympics and Ellicott City Patriots. James, originally a native of Rockville, Maryland, currently resides in Baltimore County, where he has lived for the past 15 years.

Ana Maria has over 16 years of experience in real estate settlement services relating to Residential Purchases, Refinances, Foreclosures, Auction and Real Estate Owned (REO) transactions. Ana Maria is fluent in Spanish and provides bilingual settlements. Although born in Caracas, Venezuela, she has been a longtime resident of Montgomery County, MD. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Catholic University of America (B.A. ,1996) and a Juris Doctor from The David A. Clarke School of Law, University of the District of Columbia (J.D., 2002). Ana Maria resides in Kensington, MD and is very involved in her community. When she isn’t working, she loves spending time with her husband and their two young children
