Michael K. Pak, Esq.
A native of Delaware, Michael graduated from Salesianum High School in 2001 and then went on to receive his B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech in 2007. After his undergraduate studies, Michael attended Widener University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2012. Upon graduating from Law School, he focused his practice on Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy Law, where he represented both individual creditors and large financial lenders. Michael joined
Community Title Network in August of 2020, where his practice is centered on Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Property law and Estate Law. Michael is committed to representing all his clients with integrity, clarity and gratitude. Michael is currently licensed to practice law in Delaware and is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association where he is also a member of its Real Estate Property Section. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, Kathy, and son, Elijah. His family’s favorite activities include going to the beach, fishing, camping and playing classic board games.
