Virtual Closings (aka Remote Online Notarization (“RON”) Closing)

Sign your closing documents from the comfort, security and safety of your home –without the need for a Notary to be physically in your home.   We have partnered with Notarize to offer fully Virtual Closings. Sellers and Cash Buyers can complete their side of the closing 100% online. For Buyers obtaining purchase financing, if your mortgage lender allows RON closings, we can coordinate your signing electronically.  Contact your Community Title Network settlement office for more details.

Hybrid E Closings

Available to Buyers whose mortgage company will allow most of the documents to be electronically signed but still require a couple of documents to be signed in ink.  This allows you to still sign your closing documents from the comfort, security and safety of your home –without the need for a Notary to be physically in your home. Ask your lender if they allow HYBRID RON closings. If so and you prefer to close in this manner, we can coordinate your signing electronically.  Contact your Community Title Network settlement office for more details.

Modified Virtual Closings

All parties can participate using a web based audio/visual provider (Zoom or other similar platform).  Still sign your closing documents from the comfort, security and safety of your home with a mobile notary present, and with our Settlement Attorney or officer explaining all documents to you. Your agent and lender can remotely participating as well if you desire.

Socially distanced closing in our offices

Parties may close separately in our offices in a safe, secure environment, with clear protective screens and/or socially distanced spacing arrangements in a conference room. We constantly clean and disinfect our conference rooms. Masks are worn by all staff while interacting with closing participants and parties.

Mobile Notary coming to your home

Parties may request a mobile notary visit their house to sign the documents at a time convenient for the Buyer or Seller.  While this may be an option, due to current industry conditions for settlement scheduling beyond our office’s control, please note that pre-arranged arrival times for notaries may be delayed.
