Brianne Paugh brings over fifteen years of experience in law to the Community Title Network, with a strong focus and fascination with real estate. Her experience spans a multitude of legal environments, most recently serving as Manager of DMV settlement + escrow company with previous stops at the Real Estate Settlement Group at Maryland law firm Miles & Stockbridge, where she coordinated commercial and residential closings.
Playing an active role in the real estate world, including teaching the Maryland REALTOR® pre-licensing course and a frequent lecturer for Frederick County Association of REALTORS® and Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS® (GCAAR), Paugh has a deep rooted respect for the work of real estate professionals. “My utmost goal with every closing is to educate, assist, and counsel agents and consumers in reaching their real estate goals through the entire settlement process,” says Brianne. Through her specialized real estate experience, she routinely negotiates and prepares contracts, deeds, easements, loan documents and more, as well as reviews title work, surveys, and of course, conducts closings.
