Charles is an attorney with three decades of experience in real estate matters including commercial, residential and title. Beyond transactions, he handles land use/zoning, landlord/tenant, creditor/debtor, business sales and formation, neighbor law, conservation and related easements, fraud litigation and chancery practice.
Charles is a Virginia Real Estate Board approved instructor on many topics, a member of Dulles Area Association of Realtors, Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, Prince William Association of Realtors and the Greater Piedmont Association of Realtors. He has served on the Board of Dulles Area Association of Realtors and been a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors Standard Forms Committee.
Typical clients include local and regional developers and homebuilders, commercial developers, churches, farming and equine operations. To date, Charles has managed and closed well over 15,000 transactions and is widely known and respected in the industry for his dedication, sound counsel and his ability to devise cost-effective, think-outside-the-box solutions to complex issues.
Charles and his family reside in Loudoun County where he has served as a member and chair of the Leesburg Economic Development Commission, Leadership Loudoun (’93), Leesburg Daybreak Rotary Club, Western Loudoun Interact, Monroe Vocational and Technical Education Foundation, Bluemont Concert Foundation, Purcellville Pack 39 leader, Purcellville Troop 163 leader, Woodgrove Indoor Track and Field along with serving on a variety of community and charitable groups.
