Please Welcome Beth Hoyt to Community Title Network

January 31, 2022
Welcome Beth Hoyt

Beth Hoyt has joined Community Title Network as the Branch Manager for the new Annapolis office. Beth entered the title industry as a Pre-Processor in 1986, and was quickly promoted to a Branch Manager in 1987. Beth is extremely focused on providing the best customer experience for all involved in the settlement. She takes special pride in the service she provides for first-time homebuyers, even making sure they have a list of their new neighbors.

Beth is actively involved in many aspects of her local real estate community. She currently serves the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors as a member of the Convention Committee, Legislative Affairs Committee, and as an advisor to the Young Professionals Network. She is a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster children) and has served on many non-profit boards.

She earned her BS in Business Management at the University of Maryland, University College, and also earned a Paralegal Certificate.

Being a native Marylander is a source of pride, and Beth loves telling those new to the State about all of the wonderful things here– including her favorite, the Maryland Renaissance Festival– which she attends annually. She lives with her family and two adopted cocker spaniels in the Annapolis area.
