Devin Holland
Devin Holland oversees Community Title Network’s offices in Fenwick Island, DE, Salisbury, MD and Ocean City, MD. Devin’s role as a Vice President focuses on creating and nurturing relationships with a wide variety of lenders, realtors and community members. Additionally, maintaining regional operations oversight and growth planning. Devin ensures our branch associates work in concert to create a seamless transaction from contract to closing and that they provide clients with a high level of communication throughout the settlement process. Prior to joining CTN, Devin was a Title Services Representative with Mid-Atlantic Settlement Services in Ocean City, Maryland. From 2004 to 2006, Devin was a realtor with Coldwell Banker. He is a member of the Coastal Association of Realtors and the Maryland Land Title Association. Devin was honored as the Coastal Association of Realtors Affiliate of the Year in 2011 and 2012. He lives in Berlin, Maryland, with his wife and daughters.
