Meet Our Baltimore Branch Manager
Hal J. Resnick
Hal J. Resnick
Hal is a 20 year veteran in the title industry and has served as a Manager with Community Title Network since 2016. He has “sat in every seat” and performed in every position within the company. Hal oversees daily operations including title review and resolution, CD/HUD preparation, settlements, and disbursements. Having conducted and supervised thousands of successful settlements over his career, Hal focuses his team on providing timely, accurate, and complete information to all parties to ensure a smooth settlement. Hal earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Maryland at College Park. Originally from Baltimore County, Hal now resides in Howard County. Hal sponsors and participates in helping raise money for several community organizations.
