Susie Jones
Susie Peters Jones brought thirty years of settlement and title experience to The Settlement Group when she became the Branch Manager of the Leesburg Pike office in 2015 before joining the Community Title Network. Over the years, she has been able to diversify her expertise, working with residential sales, refinances, commercial transactions as well as local builders on acquisitions and construction and outsales. Susie feels that every transaction is unique, and she enjoys every settlement, from an agricultural commercial closing to a first-time homebuyer! Her philosophy is that settlement, while the end of the process, is a new beginning for buyers & sellers and should be an enjoyable, exciting time for everyone!
Susie is a native Washingtonian and is a graduate of Fort Hunt High School in Fairfax County. She received a BA in Economics and History from the University of Mary Washington, where she developed her “Northern Virginia southern accent.” Her family has discovered organic vegetable gardening and share a love of the Washington Nationals baseball team.
