
Beth Hoyt
Beth Hoyt joined Community Title in January of 2002 as the Branch Manager of the Annapolis office. Beth entered the title industry as a Pre-Processor in 1986, and was quickly promoted to a Branch Manager in 1987. Beth is extremely focused on providing the best customer experience for all involved in the settlement. She takes special pride in the service she provides for first-time homebuyers, even making sure they have a list of their new neighbors.
Beth is actively involved in many aspects of her local real estate community. She currently serves the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors as Chairman of the Young Professionals Network and as a member of the of the Convention and Community Outreach Committees.
She is a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster children), a Rotary member and has served on many non-profit boards.
She earned her BS in Business Management at the University of Maryland, University College, and also earned a Paralegal Certificate.
