This is also the class to take to get a D.C. real estate license by reciprocity if you are already licensed in MD or VA.

This is a LIVE ‘virtual’ class. It will be streamed LIVE and is interactive. Students must have Laptop or PC camera & microphone on and able to be viewed by instructor/monitor. Students must give consent to have their session recorded. Cell phones will not function for the purpose of this class.
