Company’s eighth acquisition adds quality team in a strategic market within the Baltimore /Washington Corridor
KENSINGTON, MD ( January 2, 2025 ) — Community Title Network, LLC (CTN), a full service title and settlement services provider in the Mid-Atlantic, announced its eighth acquisition with the acquisition of Apex Settlement Services, LLC, a title agency conducting title and settlements services throughout Maryland and headquartered in Silver Spring, MD. Apex Settlement Services, LLC which conducted daily operations as a Licensee of RGS Title, is led by Founder and Principal, Thomas R. Rodden, Esquire, who will remain with the company and serve in his current role as leader of the branch operations with a focus on growth of the agency in the greater Silver Spring market.

The acquired agency was founded in 2004 by Mr. Rodden, the company’s operating principal.
